Distance Sales Agreement (Summary)

Buyer/User: The person who requests the service and makes the payment.

2) Subject

The subject of this agreement is the distance sale of digital services and membership benefits offered via the website and remote communication tools (form, e-mail, WhatsApp, phone), as described in the Turkish agreement and any written offer/annexes.

3) Key Information

Price: The total price is the price shown for the selected service/membership, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Service scope: The scope and limitations of the service are defined in the Turkish agreement and any written offer/annexes.
Payment: Payment terms (one-time / installment if applicable) are communicated during the purchase/application flow and/or in writing.

4) Cancellation / Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are assessed according to applicable laws and the Turkish agreements. Where applicable, refunds are processed according to the relevant policy and the payment channel rules.

Where a refund is applicable, refunds are generally processed via bank transfer (EFT/FAST/SWIFT) unless a mandatory legal/payment-provider rule requires otherwise.

5) Data Protection

Personal data is processed only for providing the service, reservations/ticketing and legal obligations. For details, see KVKK Information Notice (TR).

6) Priority of Turkish Documents

In case of any conflict, the Turkish documents and the written official offer/annexes prevail.
