Uniqah – Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund principles for Uniqah membership payments. Uniqah is a digital service that provides membership-based access to a private matchmaking panel.

1) Scope

This policy applies to Uniqah membership packages and digital services delivered via the panel.

2) Cancellation (stopping renewal)

You may cancel your membership at any time by stopping the renewal. Cancellation means your membership will not renew for the next period.

Depending on the package rules, access may continue until the end of the current paid period.
Cancellation is not the same as deleting your account.

3) Refund conditions

Since Uniqah is a digital service, the general rule is: no partial refunds for a started billing period. However, we may process a refund or a correction after review in the following cases:

Duplicate charge for the same period.
Unauthorized transaction suspicion supported by evidence.
Technical failure: payment succeeded but the service was not reasonably accessible for a proven outage period.

4) Refund process

Please contact support with your payment date, amount, email used, and transaction reference (if available). Approved refunds follow the timelines of the payment provider and your bank.

5) Agreement priority

In case of any conflict, the User / Membership Agreement prevails: Uniqah User / Membership Agreement.
